Kimberly co-founded Palmieri Construction Consultants to help property owners, contractors, developers, investors, attorneys, and project stakeholders navigate complex construction and property-related decisions with confidence. Drawing on years of experience in construction consulting, project management, building investigations, restoration, and client advocacy, she is dedicated to providing clear communication, objective analysis, and solutions-focused guidance. As the majority owner of the firm, Kimberly is passionate about ensuring clients have access to the information, documentation, and expertise needed to make informed decisions and protect their investments.
Michael Palmieri
Co-Founder & Senior Construction Advisor
Michael brings decades of hands-on experience in construction, roofing, restoration, project execution, and field operations. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in building systems, contractor coordination, project oversight, and problem-solving in real-world construction environments. His practical approach and technical knowledge help clients identify challenges, evaluate options, and successfully navigate projects from planning through completion.
